Richard (Dick) Russell, Gordon’s younger brother worked closely with the modernist designer Marian Pepler his wife, both trained as Architects at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in the late twenties, both had a strong modernist approach to design. Dick mostly worked with furniture and Architecture and Marian with carpets and textiles.
